Almost looks like the risers in a lecture room. I imagine chairs placed in rows on each platform. But looking at the scale of the door openings, they are stairs. Interesting shot.

A veritable wealth of strange staircases. Put chairs on the stairs and you have a lecture hall.

Looks more like bleachers or seating than stairs.. It would be a workout hiking them all the time.
