Love that! It's interesting how much detail some places like these have....and of course it's wasting away. Such a shame.
I second that
Yeppers that craftmanship just does not exist anymore. Throw the plain boxy buildings up and let the gorgeous ones fall to pieces. Sad isn't it?
Very sad :( This is really beautiful.
Love the detail in that wood!
It's a darn shame these beautiful buildings end up being disused. Or as they'd say in Germany, "Wie schade!"
The woodwork is off the hook!
Love that German woodwork!
I agree, that is beautiful, so sad to see it rotting away
so beautiful in a place of saddess and it is just rotting away....sad
very cool, but is that the floor or the ceiling
That was my question, rtotten. At first I thought ceiling... then no, must be floor... now I am not sure. 8=/
I have to agree with everyone....its beautiful....I hope someone can take it down & reuse it before the place is no more. It'll be sad if its not reused . What a waste.....
Amazing the work of master craftsmen....
Sad, the neglect of time.
I agree it is sad but hey you can always try to buy it an make something of it....get a group as well...it's what i hope to do with abandonded beauties like this
that's crazy because that's what i want to do that 's why i'm apprentice for carpenetry. so i can fix them up and get a management team in there to run a business, fix up abandon property.
You just don't see trim like that nowadays. Unique and different. Very charming.
ah yes , the German acorn.
Interesting to note the different flowers
and folage coming from the same branch.
Some of it looks as if they just
made it up.
Is this the floor or the ceiling?
