Reminds me of Shaker Village near Harrodsburg/Versailles, KY. Staircases like these are works of art!

BUT REMEMBER HOW MANY PATIENTS SUFFERD ABUSE AT THE HANDS OF OTHER PATIENTS AND FORMER EMPLOYEES AND ENDED UP AT THE BOTTOM OF THESE STAIRS! REMEMBER PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITALS HAVE A DARK AND DISTURBING PAST THAT SHOULD BE RESPECTED AND NEVER FORGTTON.
