It looks like a lot of detail for a rock
That's pretty amazing. A lot of detail was put into this model. It could be carved into some sort of stone but my guess would be that this is all bronze.

That's so neat. To think it's been here since the 40's...When I look at the photo, it feels like it's been there forever.
Truly a great picture and a really interesting album, does anyone else notice that round piece of rock in the right hand corner of the picture looks like it is hinged and might open up like a lid. It probably is just be way the rock is photographed but still strange looking
