now this is a great stair shot, love the angle
Very nice....very nice!
is that rust on the concrete Mr. Motts?
looks like theres metal plates
on the edge of the steps, i think thats what would be rusted
Is that whole door covered in mesh? Why not just cover the windows? Are the transoms covered with mesh also?
Those are ugly stairs. It looks like only the doors are covered with mesh
Yeah the entire door is covered with mesh... perhaps to keep violent patients from wandering and trying to get in... thats how it is where I work anyway..
Where I work, we have small wire embedded in glass, no mesh on doors or windows. The staff wear street clothes and we only just installed bars in the stairwells after someone jumped from an upper floor. We have flat screen TV's in some of the lounges and comfy-not plastic- furniture. The clients go on outings...shopping, fishing, boating, camping and more. We are set up for their safety and comfort. Not all facilities are, but they have come a long way since "Hydro-Therapy" in ice water...
Motts ,love your work ,roughly how long does it take to take a shot like this ?Do you just line line it up a press or do you have a tripod and slowly set up each shot over a period of minutes? I don't want your secrets I'm just curious DG....
please tell me you got one from the bottom or top of the staircase looking as far up or down as you could.
reminds me of the stairs in "Threads"
What's upsetting is I glanced at this picture and thought it was of my highschool.
Very nice though.
love those staircase shots! always a treat
I got the "1920s era high school" vibe too.
