I love the colors in this one, the browns and rusts to the left, and the greens to the right, it's very beautiful.

Where guys were thinking they were telephones in this shot: http://www.opacity.us/image6246_cliff.htm, I guess this is what they were. They're porcelain conductor type thingies, you know like they used to have on power poles.

From darkness to light your photos are surreal motts keep it up...
looks like mining country - coal, that is.
As Felyne suggests, those white things are indeed insulators for either electric or telecom lines.
They are electrical insulators of some sort and obviously very old. This suggests the sign painted on the wall is much older.
