you make this place spectacular.
Love the greenery creeping in on the right. Its like life is creeping its way back into that lifeless, forgotten place; nature reclaiming its territory from those brash, man-made, industrial structures. Lovely!
looks like a good fishin spot
Amazing that the water has filled this space without overflowing it. Beautiful blue color, too
Noooooo!!.....(moaning in a state of "creeped-out-ness" at the dark water that shouldn't be there)..... Like the composition, though, and the spot of green in the middle sets it off well.
Europe's LARGEST petri dish...
it looks like little kiddie boats should be floating down. Just needs some music and animatronics on the sides.
motts, do you remember what those things are hanging over the canal there?
I don't know what their function was - although I'd guess they loaded or dumped material onto rail cars that might have traveled in the now-flooded trench...
Another sci-fi shot...ok...who wants to run up the stairs to the right? Follow me...
This doesn't seem real to me....

pegasus64 I'm right behind you first though let me get an AK47 you never know what might me lurking at the top of those stairs!
I really like the bright daylight at the end. Do I detect some HDR in some of your shots Motts?
Canada...I think all we'll need is a cross, some holy water and maybe silver bullets for your AK
pegasus64 I agree with you 100%

I would definitely take my Cross and some Holy Water over a gun any day.
This one is great! Wallpaper!
This looks like the creepiest swimming pool ever.
Could you imagine swimming in that?
Doing the Australian Crawl : blow into the water, turn you're head to the side,breathe..blow into the water-Great!
You have a whole little envirosystm going there.
No tellings what you would find if you cultured that water!!!
this is fantastic i love the water surface and the reflections
One word... Amazing!
