Motts Is that Paint or Blood on all the bathtub.
Likely blood. Looks like they cleaned up the body parts though.
Too bright pink/magenta to be blood. Old, dried blood is dark maroon or brownish (or if smeared thin, like a handprint smear, deep, almost orangey-brown).
I think it is just different shades of paint or iron oxide coming through the ceramic tubs.
It's paint. Fantastic shot Motts!
hmmmm the bathtub needs a good scrubbing, its a little dirty on the bottom
The bathroom photos are incredible! I could spend hours in a room like this!
Did the naked model actually sit in one of these tubs? Just a nasty thought hahah. But wow, really powerful pic!
Just knowing that these are probably the hydrotherapy tubs spoken of in Gennie's story make me feel like I've been kicked in the stomach. To be put in a bathtub full of ice cold water repeatedly to "cure" you of your mental illness is so pathetically medieval.
Looks like someone had a lot to say.
Beautiful.
If Gennies story is true, the people responsible for her torture should have been imprisoned and tortured in the same way. eye for an eye. Aside from that the pictures are great.
It reeks of madness.........
Well the writing is proportionate.
i would think its too pink to be blood, but who knows.
Bath and a bedtime story. Sweet dreams, and don't sleepwalk because of the story you just heard or run out of the bath screaming "ZOMBIE HELLLP!!!"
excellent pic but whats the story behind it?
"normal except for the stigma of insanity" !!! If THAT doesn't say it, nothing does. "warehousing storage" of those perceived as burdens is one thing...but the neurosurgery and "experiments" only resulted in detriment...I hope as many of us as possible know that even those with conditions aren't disposable.
clearly paint.... when blood gets old it turns brown it does not stay vivid red forever. god... stupid people.
rantings of a crazy man
blood looks different depending on the age. i'm not just "another" person who thinks they know what they're talking about, i used to clean homicides/suicides and unittended deaths. its paint. blood dries to a pasty black after 2-3 days
someone spent too much time in that room
It's not blood, I've been in there before it was torn down.
