That machine cuts the tops off the skulls for the brain operations. Note the splatter guard. The old "hair dryer" ruse works every time.

I REMEMBER THOSE WHEN I WAS LITTLE, MY MOTHER USED TO GO TO THE SALON AND HAD HER HAIR DRYED THAT WAY. TALK ABOUT RETRO.

oh my...my grandmother had a hair dryer like that when I was much younger. she would sit it on the table and pull a chair under it so she could dry her hair. haha, very retro. love it.

the visor is how it gets turned on..the older ones dont have on/off buttons so wen the visor gets pulled down it starts the hot air..we have a few old ones like this in the salon i work at :)
