Now this is a powerful image. Love it.
Very striking....my heart started racing when I saw this one....Beautiful....wallpaper, yes...
I can never look at pictures of old doors without wondering EXACTLY where on the planet the keys are now..... Nice detail and texture.
One of my favorites I love it!
I'm gonna use this as a wallpaper anyway. This is probably one of the most striking shots I've seen from you, Motts!
Mr Motts, when I get my new PINK laptop, I believe I will try to use this as a wallpaper. I lLOVE it. I think it would look great framed and on my chic room wall.
A fitting caption.
Again, quite a fabulous shot, and perfect in black and white.
The door is going back to nature, beautiful.
Fabulous shot. The greatest!
Love the vines around the window part of the door.
Amazing capture! This black and white shot is absolutely stunning!
I love this shot - I'm fascinated by vines and trees growing around things that were once in everyday use...As usual, Motts, this is a fantastic photo essay of an incredible find...
wow you have a really good eye! Looks like nature is reclaiming it
One of my new favorites.
okay, this is definetely my second favorite. or first..it's hard to decide.
everyone calls you Motts so i'm assuming that is your last name? i'm curious, when did you first get into photography? you really do have quite a talent. I enjoy it as well, but definetely an amatuer. I would like to find people in my city that are into it as well.
It's an old nickname... thanks for the compliment, I got into shooting these places in 2002.
awesome photo..

first thing i thought of was, who had painted the door al those years ago... seeing al his work is being slowly taken over by nature...
Beautiful shot Motts
*dies*
-----MOTTS-----
you should get an award for that one
BAD ASS!!!
Oh....now this is one of my all time faves!
Another sick shot. I love your perspective on this one. This has to be on of my favorites of yours. So simple.
now that is one amazing shot. too beautiful for words
Nature reclaiming her own
I am constantly floored by your perspectives on these once magnificent buildings and grounds. The simplest photo can be so thought-provoking. You take these neglected giants and make them awesome, beautiful again. I am grateful for your visions for finding beauty in urban decay.
WOW, awesome picture this picture is telling me like this building is going no where and what happened in this building is never going to be reversed or taken back....chilling
Incredibly beautiful. I just got chills.
Nature always wins. It might take 10,000 years, but at the end of the day, nature will emerge victorious.
wow...this is the best photo ever...love it!
Symbolic,..for all of those,...that would want to make sure that those doors would never be looked do to evil. JUST PLAINED NEVER.
