Elevator

Elevator

I tried to "rescue" this underexposed shot of the elevator - I really liked the color and yellow pinstripe inside.

Next Floor: Ladies Wear! Going Up!
the back wall is creepy
looks like slash marks all over it...
The photo seems to have a kind of effect to it. Like a glazing almost. The photo looks as if it were over 30 years old for some reason. Did you alter the pic of am I reading into it too much Motts?
The banding effect just showed up naturally after I really pushed the exposure... I notice that they show up here and there in long exposures and low light photos.
Nice rescue!
uh, I'll take the stairs, thanks.
looks like someone escaped through the hatch in the ceiling
its still a cool pic! That hatch being open is creepy though! Not saying that you did, but I wouldn't step into it on a bet!!
Slent Hill for sure.
Theres always something about these elevator photos that just totally scare me.....I'd not want to get on that thing period....going down.........ugh
Let's all go for a ride in the Elevator.
i agree with canada. awesome shot
Awsome and creepy
Did you shoot in raw with a high ISO? I notice I get a weird grain effect when I really push an exposure with a low ISO, but I don't get the striping so much.
Yes, I almost always shoot RAW for all the benefits they have... the striping doesn't happen unless I push the exposure really far.
being able to see the outside of it really makes the picture unique.
Oh... this is awsome... You gave it a horror movie like feel to it.
Definitely Silent Hillesc...
Totally agree with the Silent Hill sentiments.
