IT IS/WAS A BEAUTIFUL BUILDING, TOO BAD IT ALL COMES TO AN END.
So, you're saying that all these buildings in this shot, save the clocktower, are gone? :(
Awesome Pictures.
As far as I know, yes only the foremost building remains. I haven't seen for myself though.
thats so sad... almost as sad as what they did to Danvers (my favorite building, i just love it).
If it wasn't for the building in the back, i would have sworn this was two pictures put together, hehe
beautiful shot motts
The setting looks so pastoral in this shot. Judging by this, you'd never guess that it was on the cusp of such a large city. Beautiful.
Wow. I love this too. Did you use a winde angle for this? Awesome.
High skies and reality, After so many years of following a great photographer, you just capture so much of the essence of your subjects. Noone has come close to you in the talent you have displayed. Fame is your final caption. What the hell does that mean?
Remains of the Day.
Almost all the buildings are gone now, except for one and the clocktower.
It's such a shame that these beautiful buildings are gone! Makes me ill....
The only original buildings left are the clock tower, the round building, and one, maybe two, administration buildings that are further down on the property. I dunno if you'd consider the cottages older, but they're still there. (The cottages are just small buildings that held patients who were more "stable" than others, they're all boarded up now, I'm pretty sure.)
