Rather than the light against the wall, my eyes are drawn to the peeling paint on the walls and door. The patterns they make, and the fact that the peeled paint on the door just kind of dangles there, are beautiful in their way.

All this peeling paint reminds me of Silent Hill, when the sirens would go off and everything would start to peel and float away. OMG its scary!

I don't see a tropical picture....it looks more like an angry twisted monster face with beady red eyes. Does anyone else see it?

That framed picture is ugly. Also I don't remember electrical outlets in my psych hospital room... we could like, electrocute ourselves on them or something... We weren't allowed things that had to be plugged in. They went into lockers or were kept with the nurses at their stations. I'd totally rip that ugly picture off the wall.

it is oddly calming, i'd imagine the light being reflected comes from the sunset outside, its peaceful and rather optimistic. The odd bluish light outside the door is perhaps the creepiest part of the picture.
