Pillow Fight!!!!
I can just imagine all the mice and rats making nice snuggly nests in there. yikes
There used to be a large family of cats that lived on the property after ESP closed, they were fed by the city caretaker for a number of years.
The pillows look old - are they stuffed with dodo feathers?
hey even the pillows have stripes, lol
I always wonder why things were just left behind.
no,this wasn't available when I was there.
I did take notes though on what I saw in a little tiny notebook.
I wonder where it is?
Probably in the library along with the other Eastern State stuff.]
I especially liked the courtyard.I liked the vibes coming off of it.
Makes me wonder : why did they have a court yard if(at first)nobody was allowed to use it?
Later on they(inmates)were allowed to mingle(at times)and they played ball in the courtyard. But they weren't allowed to have a ball!!So they made their own. When they'd hit homeruns over the wall onto Brown street, neighbors would keep them as souvenirs and threw real balls back over the wall.
well,if they weren't allowed to have balls(shut-up!!),how come the prison erected netting on top of the wall to prevent homers!!!??
all the fluffing in the world wont help those pillows
sleeping on those pllows is like sleep om a rock
I LOVE THIS SHOT!
COOL!!!!
I didn't go inside when I went here on saturday morning. If I could, I would've stolen a pillow and slept in one of the beds and see how it feels...and even take a pic of myself doing it too... :(
