ahhhh the lone wheelchair picture
I love these shot's they always creep me out!
It's almost like you set up those lonely chair shots...you have a gift my friend
With all the wheelchair shots, I am starting to believe Mr. Motts doesn't leave home without them... (well, those and soap dispensers)
Is a great shot though Motts. Love your work and though I don't comment much, I pour over everything and recommend your site to my closest friends. You are a true artist.
I love the style of the walls... what was this room Motts? it looks circular
i was beginning to wonder when i was gonna see a lone chair shot...thank you for delivering!
I was wondering the same thing Stacy...
Mr. Motts you shoud produce a book with your lone chair shots. I will reserve one now.
Its like the place is alive until the moment you walk in the room and all the spirits suddenly disappear when they see you coming...
someone used the chair and abandoned it perfectly!
Fantastic photography, best i've ever seen. these places are somewhere i'd like to comfortably call home ;]
keep up the amazing work motts!
Wasn't expecting that
.................(though I guess I should have)
I wonder why wheelchairs were left behind. Jacob's Ladder anyone?
Enter........the lone chair shot! Great picture!
These shots of empty wheelcharis always remind me of he movie, The Changling. Anyone else seen it?
there's always a wheelchair isnt there? you could probably go to an abandoned veterinary clinic and find a freaking wheelchair LOL
Oh god...
looks like a scene from a horror flick! awsome
k this one's pretty neat.
it looks like its blocking you from getting out
Wheelchairs don't change much over the years, do they? That one looks a lot like the one I'm sitting in right now- - no-frills model I'm scooting around in for a few weeks after some foot surgery. The photo looks to me like someone pushed the chair into that doorway to get it out of the way...is that a hallway beyond the door?
I can just imagine someone sitting in the doorway in that wheelchair, waiting for someone to come and visit them perhaps. Very sad and lonely. Beautiful shot, though, Motts.
Of all your black and whites, this is one of the best. Love the walls.
Aha! I was just waiting for the creepy lone wheelchair picture :-)
keep going on these really awesome really creep me out i like it!
NO BRAKES! Can you imagine where they rolled them too or if they were rolled down stairways! So neat!
Did these people that worked and lived here just get up and leave one day? Or was this prison closed? All that objects that are left behind make me think that these people literally got out of here as soon as possible!
If I go here I will ride that thing down the halls real fast.
that's scary to me
I didn't ride that cause if I did my dad won't be happy and with so many people there they'll call security to kick me out if I even ATTEMPTED to do that.
sweet picture!
