strange building....only one window?
it looks like there used to be more, see the bricks that look slightly out of place?
That window looks upset.
look closely a vampire sailed through the window or was he cast out by someoneones cross ............ only the shadow knows for sure
That window does look angry!
BTW, crosses only work if the vampire was a christian in life. Your'e SOL if it was a Buddhist or something.
I believe that buildings like this were used to nicely hide machines that lifted boats or their cargo out of the water and onto a train or other storage/transit. I guess the windows would have been used for the same purpose as the walls - just for their dumb beauty :)
Looks as if the window fell on the bat's head.
This reminds me of that film 1408, where the main character tries to escape the room to go to the next window and there isnt another window, just the one! wonder if that room was just as creepy as the one in the film.
Yeah, this is on top of the building. I have no idea what's housed within. Probably all the stuff required to run the elevators.
i don't know why but this reminds me of the Golden Gate(which has only two arches) in the Old City section of Jerusalem.
who builds a building with only one FUCKING WINDOW!!!!!
It's actually very common to see older buildings with a large side and only 1 to 3 windows. Always struck me as odd, but I imagine it had something to do with either aesthetics, temperature, light and/or whether there was another building attached to it at one time.
Winch, witch, or wench house?
