I climb a bit to get into some places, but there are usually stairs to the roofs so they can be maintained easily.

All looks very lonely and kinda of spooky. Even in day light. I bet you can hear the wind howling through there. I take it the everything of value has been taken away..

How do you make the photos look like they are taken in broad daylight when they are all taken at night? that baffles me, then again what do i know lol

It's just a matter of leaving the shutter open for a few minutes; it's called "bulb mode" on most cameras. A tripod is needed as well to keep the camera from moving.
