Just Visiting

Just Visiting

This is a visiting room much like one you might find at a regular prison. The central area is where the residents would sit to talk to their visitors on either side of the glass.

It's very depressing to have to experience that .
Happened to me when I went to juvie .
Had to see my mother through a thick plate of glass .

No way to hug her .
No physical contact for over two months .
Zomb Piggers, sounds like a bad time in your life, I hope you are able to give and get all the "mom hugs" you need now.
That's really sad, to Zomb Piggers and the photo. I can't believe they could only visit through glass.
:-(

*sigh*
Remines me of a prison.
In most situations, these places were prisons
I thought we'd suddenly stepped into a prison....
Did those little partitions really help with privacy and keeping the noise down? I wonder what caused that ceiling tile to fall. It looks like that floor was vacuumed right after the place closed
Horrible...
Iam confused, were these patients or mentally ill prisoners? If I had a family member in thier I would be getting that little puppy out real quick.
I believe this building was for people who were convicted or standing trial for a serious crime, and were being evaluated for mental illness.
Do the crime do the time. It is choices that they have made. They should be confined from loved ones, in hopes that they would miss them enough not to want to go back. My heart goes out for those that were wrongly convicted or on trial though. Magnific pic Motts....
It looks like someone broke in to have a visit with a ghost that was locked up there...
reminds me of jackson prisons visiting area i wasthere 4 almost 5 yrs so zomb piggers take it from me stay the hell outta them places
hmmmm Daniel. Motts has spoken. Scroll up a bit dude!
it similar to a jail.. I do not like it !
I prefer the hopital mental today's Generation.. It seem more like hospital than the hopistal in the past .. OMG !!
I was there in the 80's my stepmother hated me. My father consorted... She's gone now..

Question: What is the first letter of the word "abandoned?"
