Random indent in wall? Explanation, please.
The window in the wall was use to give out the cigarettes or light them. patient could steal from others so they were keep by staff.
You'd have to be crazy to smoke anyway.
It was funny in a way but there used to be smoking rooms, where you would have a group of disturbed people all huddled together puffing away and one staff member controlling how much you smoked and lighting your cigarettes for you.

If the guy liked you he would give you two of your smokes.

After you were proven not to be a risk or a threat, and you were stable you could smoke outside. It was quite the thrill.
It just something about tile walls thats crazy creepy. Makes me always think of "easy clean up". (with a hose!)
ya id like a double cheesburger and fries
The bricks remind me of The Wall by Pink Floyd.
no html i see :(
Those are the bricks they use in my school.
"Tear down the wall, tear down the wall!" I think this was Pink Floyds inspiration.
tiles were probobly used for that very reason

blood clean up after fights and such
Everytime I see anything to do with smoking in mental hospitals I think of One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest
ha! so you think that people who smoke dont usually breathe the smoke in??? hmmm Daniel you're killing me!
The wall looks like it has Nicotine stains!
