Balconies

Balconies

The dark, corroded, Spartan porches were quite a contrast to the vibrant greenery and picturesque sky scape.

that building looks relatively modern, do you know how old it is ?
Sweet shot.
I believe most of the core buildings here were built in the 1930s.
They seem very modern for something that old.
And balconies like that always remind me of norwich.
I really really like this shot.
amazing how different and creepy the top floor looks
That's a really gorgeous pic. The contrast is awesome. =D
I agree, these do look modern
It does look modern. It looks like it was built in the 50's
That is such an amazing shot
Yes, it reminds me of a Bank building.
The pourches had heavy wire plus usual screening for warm weather fresh air. This looks like it might be 'B' building, but I know A building had them. B building had a large rec/day room at the main entrance, opossite the main 'A' entrance. B building also had a cafe in the basment at the far west end w/outise entrance plus the tunnel.
im using this place for my horror book, i just thought it was perfect and im also using the pictures...hope u don´t mind.
