I live in Ypsi. This is really creepy. Nice shots, by the way.
This is probably one of the unit dayrooms. The lockers were used for storage of items used by staff and patients.(board games, cards, some snacks, puzzles.) Each shift would have their own locker, in addition to one or more that was used by all.
