It's the building labeled "X": on the second map from the top. Building N-10, the Tuberculosis Hospital Ward, the furthest back of the "new" buildings. It's on the ground floor way in the back near the shipping area. You'll see literally hundreds of little white plastic caps before you start seeing the bustedmbrown botles. You can't miss it if you explore the entire ground floor of N-10.
Good for illegal substances too... ;-)

Building numbers aren't really directions to a location, and Byberry wasn't hard to find with half a brain, so there is leniency for some places. The disclaimer still holds true though - there is no revealing of locations with pseudonyms, and no building entry information will be posted.
