You know, if they made prison's more like this one, maybe people would be less inclined to want to visit them. I would not want to be a guest of the "county hotel" if it looked like this place.
They didn't want sucide attemps there I guess.

I live across the street for the jail I am so fasinated by the way it looks the history in it it holds alot of history for my town and i love it i see it everyday and just wounder what it was like back then
In a fire, those people are toast with the bars on the windows. Great photos Motts.
The visitors and friends of the inmates would stand outside the walls and throw cigarettes and snacks up through the windows. Sometimes girlfriends would camp out below their loved ones windows at night and converse and sing to each other.
