well, if I'm not mistaken, the "5 Points" refers to the 5 Point star to which The Bloods street gang affiliates themselves. Looks to me like it was a hangout.

Looks like what's left of a generator, or at least the stator part. If this is right, it looks as though the rotor has been removed.
