I am guessing that the circle stains evenly spaced on the ceiling must have been lights at some point. Outside of that, there doesn't seem to be any signs of lighting.

I think I'd be wearing a hard hat in here in case one of those bricks fell out of the ceiling (if I'm seeing bricks....?)....or...could be wrong....wouldn't be the last time....;-o
