This reminds me of the level in Thief: Deadly Shadows called Robbing the Cradle. It's one of the most immersive, frightening, and beautiful levels ever created for a video game.
One word: wallpaper.
I can sense Pyramid Head coming.
(Silent Hill)
Oh, that is a good one.
I LOVE this shot! Great colors!
It feels real sketchy... like something's gonna appear right there...

Gosh, gives me the heebie jeebies just thinking about it!
I agree with Lynne. Way to go Lynne!!!
I agree with Lynne 2.

I agree with Jen....WALLPAPER!
Beautiful colors :)
What's past those gates and down the hall?
Another perfect composition of light, texture, and shape!
Gawd, I hate Silent Hill =/
Great shot though!
Its time to dance to the, "Jailhouse Rock, " song by Elvis Presley
Oh my, what is that haunting image on the wall across from the door??? WAIT... I know... it's a soap dispenser right. ;)
Grace, thank goodness there is someone else who sees these shots and thinks of the Thief series. I can't count the number of times I've thought to myself, "Garret is standing in that shadow over there."
This shot captured so much...it seems like something eerie is looming in the near future. Fantastic. I would love to photograph bulidings such as this.
lol ... and the light bursting in through those doors leading outdoors ("to freedom" of a sort)
