This place looks phenomenal.. or amazing. Jeez.
Absolutely phenomenal - I agree! The architecture is stunning but the angle of the shot pulls you up and up and up.
Look at how three dimensional the carvings are, they are not flat and undefined but almost alive.
Even the details have details.
From many that I've heard talking about it, church builders have a saying "God is in the details".
That is so cool! It almost looks like the bottom half was bleached.
i love the color contrast
WOW Great Shot Motts....and the details of each piece is so .......Awesome
I JUST WANT TO WEEP.
THEY COULD HAVE SAVED THIS
I LIKE THE PICS
Men of God built it.... Men of Satan destroyed it.

However they may take the building they will never take the faith!
I weep when I see pictures like this and find out this place that had stood for so long is now no more. Nothing left but photos and memories.
breathtaking!!
Wow. I agree, breathtaking.
I love the colors as they rise upward in this photo. An incredibly phenomenal shot, preserved for all time!
its so amazing to think that it took so much time to buil but yet a few moments to destroy...
