Looks like some sort of monster. Very creepy.
Those are the steam tunnel stairs in front of building 93 which would lead you up the bulivard towards town. Thats no moster, but a good place to have an ice cold beer on the clock ^_~
Silent Hill
This site is the stuff !!
Looking at that makes me very claustrophobic!!
Oh-oh!
Apparently there's a bit of a leak. Looks like a couple inches of water on the floor?
I can almost smell the oil.

What building??
Around 99 or 2000 I went to the tunnels. In my opinion it was the least touched or valdalized of all the places. The tunnels went on for MILES literally. We walked them for hours. They got narrow, some were flooded and tight, and others went off into dead ends. We got so deep there were newspapers on the floor dating back to the 60's.. untouched.
This is the main supply line between the steam junction (building 6)/power plant and the main line underneath Kings Park Blvd.
it does look like a good place to have a frosty on the clock! lol
