Nice Picture !!!!
This bed is different then any other asylum beds I've seen.
I agree with Cynder, a very sinister vibe it sends
Reminds me of a military bunk bed, only without the bunk portion. Does that make sense?
Still nicer than the beds in my old dorm.
Kinda looks like a bed you'd see in a homeless shelter
I find it freaky that the bottom drawer is open, as if someone was waiting to come back to it or left in a hurry.
makes you think someone is inside that drawer
I like those drawers in the bed
Thanks Jasmine. =3
Hey, I like that bed. If it were a little less functional looking, I'd put it in my room. Although I suppose they weren't thinking aesthetically when they chose the furniture.
Interesting looking bed...I kinda wanna jump on it..but I fear it might brake or possibly...eat meh! D: *Dun dun dunnnn*
on night in this bed and iam going nuts^^
Love this shot in Black & White, just think of all the people who have slept on that bed...boggles the mind
There were most likely thousands of people that did sleep on that bed.

I have rarely seen any bed that was so disfigured in its structural alignment for a patients comfort.
That type of bed would certainly be good in a dorm room, I know my kids hardly had any space at all, esp. freshman year.
Depressing.
Psych beds should have no springs, and the mattresses have to be totally sealed.
I don't think it would be very comfortable to sleep on....at least IMO that is.....
wow, this bed looks so uncomfortable to sleep in night after night.
and i too wonder how many people must have slept in that very bed; the open drawer gives it a very sinister
vibe IMO.

beautifully haunting photograph ^ ^
It's my belief that part of the person who slept in the bed stays in the bed.I remember going on a scout camp when i was a kid and as i walked into the large 30 plus beds bedroom i had a really creepy feeling that i still remember today, and that was 30 plus years ago .DG...
believe it or not that is the room and bed that i called home for years and the pilows were very small i started out in 22 then got transfered to 15 then outed to transitional services at pilgrim bldg 70. has anybody seen bruno laspina he need corecting
lol AvalonSeeker, maybe that's why I liked it! Seriously, it looks roomier than my dorm bed...
And this place really has a good lockdown on it... Not security... but u know.. like all the doors are smelted closed and stuff. But if ur really one of those people wwho are wiling to climb through the windows and little holes and all that... be my guest!!
its not even scarey... i went there last night and it was raining and thundering.
lol to all my peeps that i spent lockdown with in 22 4th floor
One heck of a haunting pic, very eerie!
