Now that is scary!
No doubt the sandbag toss game. Freakin' creepy.
Thanks for the nightmares tonight Motts.

"Can't sleep clown will eat me...!"
I can see why some people have a fear of clowns. What is the medical term ? Bozophobia
Beep Beep Richy!
This games looks really cools Motts. BeanBags love the game Motts.
HAHA Zebra, thats funny.

and i HATE clowns... im totally coulrophobic
i too hate clowns they are really creepy.........that`s strange because when i was a little girl i had a toy clown and it was my favorite toy:D but now :(this picture creeps me out...prrr....
if I found this in an abandoned basement, I would be shitting egg rolls!
Yes that is a very creepy clown in a very creepy place.
Imagine having paranoid delusions and looking at that thing
Looks like one of Eric Clapton's old guitars! Very scarey indeed!
my god, imagine the horror
So, do i. I have a fear of clowns
...and what do you call a person who is afraid of people that are afraid of clowns?
yes, but what kind of game...? And who exactly will be the one having fun with it?
okay that thing made me jump when it popped up on the screen! :P
Geeeeeezzz!!! Eeew. When I was a kid, I had nightmares for years about something like this trying to bite my feet off..(you know, "don't let your feet hang over the edge, or something will bite them!".....HORRIBLE!!!!! I can't even stand to have dolls in my house, let alone any kind of clown (shuddder)........ What's even creepier is that it looks like it was meant to be "smiling".....Thanks, Motts; now I have to dig out the night light I usually only have for guests to find the bathroom at 3 a.m.....Appropriately creepy, though.....:-)
There's something like this lying around in one of the buildings at Pennhurst.
Okay that's pretty creepy looking.
Oh my God, Motts! Now I'm gonna need therapy thanks to this picture!
My eyes! My eyes.....!
o.o....Wow well I know I'm having nightmares tonight...
Well its seems that I would like to have this hanging on my front door. With as many of you that are troubled by this wonderful piece of art, I would think it would work wonders for keeping door to door sale people and those kids selling magazines for some trip!!!!!

HAA!!!
I wonder what they thought when they put this one together. "Yeah, the kids will like it, look, it smiles and everything".
..... I hate clowns!! They scare me like nothinge else!!!
These things looked a LOT less creepy when they were clean and new.
Okay thats just scary....

I hate clowns.
"They all float down here!"
OMG! All children nightmares!
Kristiara ! Perfect comment!
"And you will float too..."
Can't... stop... staring.

And I can't believe there's a name for it, Coulrophobia =P
Ah, modern psychology...
You won't find me playing that game...
Sinister evil clown with a wicked smile, a bit like those mind control tablets my doctor gave me act. All colourful with and evil twisted kick.
Should have known I would find Stephan King fans here.... "IT" was so disturbing I had to put it down for days before the nightmares subsided. God forbid King ever stumbles upon Motts incredable photographic art, it would be like a fright train rolling downhill out of control. I would have to read every bit of it....
I can't imagine just walking up to see that . It's creepy enough on my screen.
It looks like it was just a part of a carnival game, maybe they once had a carnival for the patients families or something, and this is what is left of it.
ugh, no! That's vile
mmm...scary clown...one of the treatments?
look at scary clown and stare at it untill you have wet nightmares...0.o
F-ck, that's scary. *shudders*
Scariest F%*@ing thing I've ever seen!
omg motts, thats fucking creepy>< i hate clowns with a passion..scary critters they are><
just slightly disturbing.
what iz that 2 the right of da clown, i cant make it out
It looks to me like it's cut outs of a king and queen. Looks like the head on the right is wearing a crown, and the one on the left has one of those funky Elizabethian hairdos. Also, it looks as though their souls are being sucked in by that freakin' creepy clown!
omg..imagine how old that thing is!,i wonder if that place is haunted..actually,i think that clown thingamajig would scare the ghosts away o_O..

2 words sum this photo up:

HAUNTINGLY DISTURBING...l0lz.
that's not scary at all.....if i was to walk down there and see that i would most likely flip a shiittt.
alot of profanity going on here.lol yeah its not all that creepy when you think of it as just painted wood with a litle dust on it,it certainly gives an eerie effect.lol
lets play sac toss
If they weren't insane when they went in, they were after seeing that thing...
It's all been said i hate clowns they give me the heeby jeebys i think alot of them are kiddy fiddlers or just straight up weirdo's sorry to those clowns that read this who are in it for good reasons but the others they know who they are are pure evil :{.... you'll get yours in hell scarey clowns.....
It kind of describes Gacy.
I just might have to steal that...
clowns definitely freak me out!
Now i see why some kids are scared of clowns. because you find them in eery basements in places like these!! lol good photos.
I believe this must have been made by the residents of the facility as a work/therapy project..
Chuckie: AAAAHHHH!!! SCARY CLOWN!!!!
Tommy: It's OK, Chuckie! I'll scare him away!
i am freaked out by clowns i have i minor phobia of them. but this dousent look so bad. probably because it has no eyes.
EVIL - EVIL CLOWNS
I'm gonna make one of those!
