The floor looks wet, and it looks like a dark specter is levitating just off to the left. It's a great and creepy shot, Motts!

That would be a miracle considering they seem to stay very far away from Motts. I'm sorry but if this was a school for disabled and mentally unstable kids...why is the water fountain so high off the ground?

For having been "officially" abandoned for more than a decade now, this place is in pretty good shape. It still looks pretty clean to me, not too much deterioration. I find that surprising.

I wonder if there have been any deaths. Any who there could, but that shadow is not a ghost even though it does look cool and ghost like.

That's a big soap dispenser on the right wall there.

I have to agree the ceiling tile is kinda creepy looking....it's almost likes its rusted out or something like that....strange......but interesting too....Nice picture Motts!!

It almost appears to me that there is a black ghost-like blur- image in the photo that looks as though it is walking toward the photographer. Whether it is due to causes like mold/ mildew/ water damage, or simply the layout of the building in general, or just a trick of light and shadow, it still lends a creepy haunted effect. It caught my attention most of all. Very interesting. :)

he ive been here so man times and to ever single buildin and wen i tell u somthing is there its a gate way to anouther world and did u no they wont tear this down for a while a compny went there to check out the site a year back and he got hit in the head whith a rock that flew at him and he said he seen a bo it white running into the woods the dissiperd this in my mind is the best place to go to look for ghosts then anwere similer to this site that is that is still standing if u want to set up a walk trew whith me and m ghost hunting team let me no email me at ripsf@aol.com k finil thought is wen u are ever in the area get at me and alot of pepole did die there frome sucide natrul cuses medical melpractise and a few from murder due to an escape pashiont that killed i belive 7 due to that but its one that u need to see i do alot of investigations i even went to waverly hills and the ladd is way better

I've been in there. it's very creepy. the weirder thing is when walking down a hallway there was a huge breeze of cold air and when i went in the room where the breeze was coming from all the windows were boarded up and there was no way outside at all.

for the longest time i was convinced there was someone in the hallway. i'm slightly disappointed that there isn't. but it's still an awesome shot.
