It is a pipe coming out of the floor. I'm not sure what its purpose was but the angled cut was interesting. It could have been from salvaging whatever was here.

i agrre with you Mish, it does look like some liquid did fall on the tiles, but nthen it could bee sweat from the person or persons cutting the pipe. LOL LOL
