Its amazing the condition of the place, usually when Motts checks a place out it's a wreak or falling apart or just vandalized to death. It would only take about a weeks worth of elbow grease to shine this place up!
Those remind me of when I once toured a Jack Daniels distillery!
Stills are used to make liquor rather than beer. These are mash tuns (the one with the funky stirrer thing inside), and kettles used for boiling the filtered result from the mash tuns.
