This shot highlights the girders on the ceiling... possibly remnants of scaffolding or a sprinkler system. An oculus sits above what I presume was once the altar area.

yeah, i noticed the cobblestone floors as well. gives it a medieval touch dont you think? makes it even more magificent. i can just imagine a horse about to ride through there clip-clopping away down the stretch. Amazing.
