Looking inside the refrigerator; each rack space has a set of rollers to slide the tray back and forth. Two latex gloves were on the ground, but no toe tags.

Ooooo - First comment! Looks like old latex gloves on the floor. I bet they went through a lot of those in here.

I SPENT 2 AND A HALF YEARS IN THE STATE ASYLUM AND I WITTESSED 75 INMATES GET MURDERED THE THE NEXT DAY I SAW 3 BODIES UNDER THE BUILDING THAT SCARED THE TAR OUT OF ME.

The floor actually looks like some french print jolie look, you can make out in the area near the gloves that it looks like a tree. that's what i'm seeing at least

It appears that the stuff on the floor is paint to me. Look at the post. If it were blood spatter wouldn't it be on the post as well?
