I have to say this picture kind of creeps me out. I will never look at my carving board quite the same.
Hey Motts, was there any detectable odors in this room? Like disinfectant , pine-sol etc.
I don't remember smelling anything very strong, maybe a faint odor of disinfectant and the usual stale air smell.
Ahh, the smell of days gone by.
Chicken any one? Remember to wash your hands.
Chop chop, we need this delivery to mcdonalds in an hour. =P
How do you know this? The metal looks relatively unused.
Just wondering....
Wonderful...
LOL, Sam, nice one
I suddenly have a craving for some Hot-Dogs mustard, sauerkraut, relish...YUIMMY!

i want this job ( i am working on as we speak)
Ahhh, the old school kitchen!
Ok Quest, I wonder what a well used organ container would look like......o_O

*thud~!*
ooooh man. yikes.
Motts what are these holes for on the METAL TRAY FOR.
For the blood and fluids to drain.
oh nasty, man.
Livers, hearts, lungs, I guess they usually left the sweetbreads inside. I'd probably be creeped out if a flour can was nearby.
Is that blood still in the grains of the chopping board????
Tracy I dont believe so it looks more like a natural darkening of the wood grain
