Does the graffiti say "R.I.P. EMMA" ?
Those stairs are something else!
why do kids think they have to ruin places they should be admiring!
Beautiful shot - great colors and lighting!
Love this shot, the llightening is fantastic and the ballistars are gorgeous
Ditto! Very nice shot, love the light and shadows, and the stairway is gorgeous.
Took the words right out of my mouth, Jude. Totally gorgeous shot!
love the stairs and love the archway
Kadee is right. I've never seen balusters like that. The detail, design and craftmanship are outstanding!
Such beautiful architecture!
Oh so stunning! Its so elegant, but could do without the grafitti.
What an elegant arch! And that scrollwork in the bannister!
Motts, was the banister and what not done in metal or wood?
The handrail was wood, and the balusters were metal.
Is someone stealing the wrought iron along the bannister ?

Hi from N'awlins, home of the creepy spots that are still alive.

I would LOVE to get my hands on the main portion of this place and renovate it into a home, with the rest later being renovated into a writer's retreat, or something like that!!

Just found this site and love it. GREAT photography!
i think the graffiti says "free amy winehouse" lol
