Depart

Depart

After lounging around outside in the good weather for a bit, we started heading south to return to the London area to explore some more places.

I love this gallery. It's strange to look upon things that were made decades ago, but still work. Too bad nothing we make today will work in a 100 years...
A great set Motts, welcome back!
Excellent set Motts. Love that you included soe history with the old pics too. Good to se you back.
As always, an amazing set. Although I'm jealous of how clean everything was...
Absolute perfection, as always! Thanks Motts!
Another terrific set, Motts!!! Thanks!!! I still can't get over how perfect everything in this place still is!
You truly give a good reference to those who are writing and creating artwork in the Steam Punk persuasion, like me for instance!
Thanks lot!
Another Awesome Gallery Motts! Many thanks!!! :)~
So splendid indeed! Loving it!
Thank-you!
I find it difficult to comment on al the shots. So I hope a "Very well done" on the last one will suffice. Some very impressive stuff..

Victorians went out of the way to make even the pumping stations a work of art.
Brilliant, Mr Motts, absolutely brilliant.
And the 'London" comment, does that mean we will see some sets from the city, as well?
I do hope so. The change is nice.
Wow, they don't build 'em like that anymore. Nice of the guy to let you look around the place.

Great job as always. :)
Too bad you weren't there during steaming. The se huge beam steam engines are beyond awesome while in operation!
Great to have you back!
Great place thanks for the phots Mr. Motts. Its nice to have you share the great things you find. Most of us would never get the chance to even know about these place. You provide us with pictures and knowledge of their existance.

Thanks!
First, glad the site's up and running and that things are starting to smoothe out for ya, Motts!

Second....AMAZING gallery! Such a RARE look into Victorian machinery...and it's not rusted or decrepit looking, it looks like it's only a few years old!! I can tell from the size of the bbuilding that you were probably looking at mostly BEHEMOTH stuff there, too. FAB, Motts, simply FAB!
Thank you, Motts! You're the best!
Motts, you still rock the world of abandoned photographs. What an amazing gallery.

ROCK ON
Awesome gallery, as i have said before (probably a couple of times) you are a god
If this one had a Cross affixed to the top. I would swear it was a church and those little buildings were where the Sisters lived.
Fab. Ending to a great persentation.
THANK U MR. MOTTS
Definitely excellent. Looking at these galleries is like stepping into a freaky time machine, it a wonderful way to just get away from it all without actually going anywhere.
Like always you did an amazing job.
did you press any of the buttons to test what they do if anything at all?
No, since the guy was nice enough to let us in, I wasn't going to start pressing buttons everywhere. The station does still run.
After climbing about in ruins, and the detritus of decay, touring this pristine environment must have been a real pleasure. This is one of the best galleries you've ever done.
Way cool set, Awesome. Words don't do Justice to the art of your photos Motts.

Really enjoyed this one, The nice guy who let you in to shoot would have had to drag me out of there!!!!!
What a relief....a location that has been preserved. This was a wonderful gallery....thanks!
Although I love your "usual" exploration sites, it was nice to see a place that is preserved. Once again Motts, amazing! Thank you!
