Nah, a cabinent wouldn't be a good thing to put ontop of a radiator. Tempratures, burning self when reaching, dropping things onto it. Most likeley a noteboard.

Are those large holes in the corners? Kinda big bolts to hold down a message board. I'm actually down with the cabinet idea.

it has to be a cabinet, the bolts are to big to be for a bulletin board! do not see a face though.
