Hi There, I have repaired many of these in my life time. I will tell you what this is. It's A MICROWAVE OVEN! Look closely, as you can see the door hanging off to the right side. The unit has been guted and smashed up by vandels who have nothing better to do with themselves.

I agree with Shawn - the top is actually the bottom of the microwave they all have that indentation where a glass tray may have been. Shawn - email me we seem to share similar comments
