You're right. The wall, the floor, the dilapidated object. It would make a great album cover. Yet, so wouldn't so many of these photos.

The contrast in the wall and the floor make you focus more on the disintergrating bed trolly which looks scary.

Look again, no wheels and a pull out step to assist the patient to get on.
