Yup. That's some of the most beautiful graffiti I've ever seen. Imagine how long doing that must have taken?

The poor little stick figure is going to be eaten!

Obviously, the stick figure in the tentacles grasp & the waves were added later, but I think the tentacle itself was a "legit" painting as opposed to graffiti.
Which gives us an interesting look inside the heads of those who worked there, don't you think?

Jim Alcorn is right. The tentacle and the ocean view seem to be "authorized".

Looks like a kind of painting that SHOULDN'T be in a phychiatric facility, given the state of people's minds...

Usually, I'd be prone to whine about graffiti, but I think in this circumstance, it actually adds character. It's not your characteristic stylized "Nuggz wuz here" or the usual obscene body part graffiti we see in America. Here, it's colourful and artistic.
I kinda' admire it.
