Still groggy from sleeping on the floor, I wandered around the hospital a bit until the sun rose a significant amount for shooting.

This room was full of lockers near some dormitories.

I don't know how ou do it, Motts. I have had just one nettle sting and it hurt so much I would never had been able to concentrate on taking such fantastic pictures. Of course, I couldn't take such fantastric pictures even without the nettle stings.

Yeah, that story was crazy! I dont think I could have slept in an abandoned place. I went in an abandoned house to take some pictures at night once, and I was terrified! But big thanks to you for doing that, so we could see this place!

Ahh, the sun rising on another work day! Lockers standing at the ready for whatever junk they are going to lock away today!

You know, putting mud on nettle stings makes them feel much better. Also, when the mud dries it pulls most of the nettle "stinger" hairs out when you remove it (don't wet it to remove it! you will have to start over again from scratch!).

Motts your a true explorer, sleeping in the asylum in a country that your not use to, meeting locals and runing from security.

this is so intresting, im from sunderland about 10 mins from the asylum. me and my friend have also been inside, but not as much as you managed, love to do what you do before its knocked down.

That place is supposed to be haunted. There's a video on youtube.com and it has a couple of ghosts in them. I just typed in Cherry knowle asylum if anyone is interested. Great pitures Motts, you've got guts for sleeping in an abandoned asylum. Abandoned places for me is a no go for sleeping... but an asylum?! I say again, you've got guts
