Tall Arches

Tall Arches

Not sure what the black splats are, but they look pretty wicked. I imagine the door and window glass stretched to the tops of the arches back in the day, perhaps they have been filled in to save on heating costs and maintenance...

THOSE ARCHES ARE PRETTY AWSOME!!!
I really like those shapes too. The dark splotches remind me of mildew.
Beautiful - the height the arches give the doorway and windows is awesome. Is that yuk above the door mold it looks more like paint the way it's splattered and dripped down
I hate when they do that. Those windows had to have been GORGEOUS! Filled in with concrete just makes it look so blah. Imagine them with their tall windows and some sunlight streaming through!
Its too bad they make everything so cheap and ugly now adays none of that old fashioned charm. Nowonder people commit suicide lol.
Those splotches are odd though, like water balloons full of poo were lobbed at the wall.
Nathan...I don't want to know how you get poo into a water balloon!
LMAO!
While we're getting fanciful with poo here... I was thinking that they looked like great big, berry-eating bird poops... or like the great big, berry-eating birds flew into the wall and exploded... naaaaahhh, I like Nathan's idea better ;P
Good shot, the windows would have been nicer though if they weren't covered half way up with concrete.

The black spots look like "Pet" from Edgar and Ellen is climbing up the wall.
great picture, would have loved to see what they use to look like
"I told you to keep an eye on those moneys!"
At least it doesn't spell Poop.

Water balloons is a far more inventive idea, plus I imagine it does take a great deal of skill to get it into the balloon in the first place, and I'm with Sian on that one, I really don't want to know... you know, I think funnels would have to be involved... wait, no, I definately don't want to know.
lookes like blood splatterd every where im tellen ya i dooooont want to go there
Someone must of filled water balloons with paint, but the defacing of history is the sickening point here more than the plotches up at the top of the door.
Nice job, Motts! For some reason, this photo really creeps me out!
