Luminescence Around the Well

The inner ward of the castle; the Great Hall and Great Kitchen Tower is on the left. The grass here was an incredible emerald green that seemed to almost glow in the fading light.

This is the well where the son of Earl Henry was rumored to have fallen to his death in 1308.

Really breathtaking! Just that small bit of yellow color from the flowers make the rest of everything stand out even more. What a beautiful place to just roam and take in the beauty of everthing around! : )
When we first got here I was thinking how beautiful the grass is . would love to have it here. can I go with you guys please..
I could also sit here alone with my cats a read a good book with a cold pepsi and some ruffles. It will be a nice warm day with the sun shining sitting on the grass when are we leaving?????.

It is amazing how impressive you make this castle appear even in its state of disrepair and ruin.

Wow...look at those ancient walls...and the perfectly scenic background....its just amazing. Plus the fence is a nice little modernized touch lol...you'd probably be greatful for it in the night if you were taking pictures. Did you look down the well?

OOOOh That grass . You should have looked in the well. The son of the Earl might still be down there. You could have gotten him out. You'd be a HERO!! What is that square portion that comes out from the wall?? Looks like the base of an another part of the building. What was there????
