I love the colors in this. The contrast between the green and blue is great!
I like the colour in this too! Wow would you look at the mould..... yikes.
My lungs hurt just looking at the mold. But the colors are gorgeous, definitely one of my faves so far.
Now this room looks creepy. Looks like that nasty black stuff is eating the room!
I wonder what was hanging on the wall over that fairly clean area.
Yeah, I find that clean spot disturbing.
Motts, did you wear a respirator in this room?
help me im melting!!!!!
Your photography is great. Captures the pure essance of decay and deteroration. YOU SIR ARE AN ARTIST.
Does anyone else see the VERY faint, redish outline of a hunched-over man in the clean area, toward the ceiling? His "eyes" are just below the faint horizontal line towards the top. He looks like he's looking down at you, with his right side toward you, right arm straight down in front, like a football player getting ready to hike the ball....just found that a little creepy, and now I can't NOT see it.....hmmm. Anyone else?
with all do respect , i just see a piece of history as well as a blatant disregard for money, whitch is like it or not is the be all end all it will never change until the masses stand up and stop worring about the fruitles. sorry if my disdain for the unjust is boring reteracte
Yep Motts, I see the Red Man Thingy. Reminds me of the aliens in the movie "Signs". Geezly Crow!
FC... Huh?....OK....I wasn't really making a social commentary, here... just noticed something odd that caught my eye....................J-131274.....weird, huh?...Probably just faded remains of old graffiti, but, to use a cliche, you never know......:-).
oh, and FC........"rhetoric", I think.........:-)
Motts, me thinks "reteracte" is Latin for "did not do my spelling homework". ;-)
Two days of staring hard and I see it! J...it does resemble the face of one of those aliens from "Signs"!
J-131274--Actually, I'm NOT Motts...(just "NVUS" (envious) of his adventures in these places... ;-)...)...Oh, BTW...I'm afraid I must eat a tiny, lower-case "d"- sized bite of crow...after my correction above, regarding "rhetoric"...I realized I'd left out a "d" in my OWN word, "reddish".....>:-0.....(eating tiny, smelly toothpick-full and slinking into the corner)...but then again, I read FC's post a second time, and, well.....the whole post "spells" for itself.....Oh, well, 'nuf said. Sorry so long....Hi to all, anyway....:-). More great shots, Motts!...:-)
Sorry for the 2nd post. The "red guy" seems to be easier to see if you actually look at him from the right side of the screen (doesn't make sense, but....)...His "shirt" is long-sleeved and white, and his "belt" is the faint, short line that runs parallell to where the back of the "sleeve "would be. Any easier? (leaving so as not to hog the board.....:-)).
dear envious, i could use some help with grammer , but i was not responding to your comment, i am just very passionate when it comes to social injustice. i thank you for your concern .
N-V-U-S , how creative of you! And how was the crow? ;-) I suppose we shouldn't poke fun at other's shortcomings, spelling or otherwise. Lord knows I'm not the shiniest penny in the roll.
flaming or not . i cannot help myself to say who do you think you are , if you poke fun over something so trivial i can only imagine how narrow minded you relly are i happen to be keyboard challenged. i hope i spelt every word correct just for you.
fc. OK, enufffff....(sp?) ;-). Hmm. I don't believe you can see thru your comp scrn either, so pls don't assume everyone should just KNOW your situation. I certainly didn't mean to "offend" you (as ppl seem to be so dreadfully afraid of doing these days....). Guess I "think" I'm just a reg. person who can laugh at myself, too (crow cmnt?),...Just thought your orig. (and now last) post was rather.....(hands thrown in the air..)....you know, nvmd. Done with subject. ..Wonderful typing with you, tho... ( ;-)). Others...pls excz my lack of etiquette"...I'll behave...(runs and faces corner..)..:-)...sticking to pic comments fno.
Wow. I remember when I used abbreviations all the time because I didn't know how to spell.
.....;-)
I do believe just by the photos, that England is a very damp and mossy place.
It looks like there was once something like a display board on the wall.
C- Note, It's not England you're looking at... It's Wales. But yes, both are damp. I live near this asylum. I went there new years day this year (yesterday) and it's in the worst condition ever (far worse than these pictures show). The photographer here has failed to take any pictures of the elevator, including the tiny fuse room at the top of the elevator shaft. The black stuff on the wall in this picture is graffiti by the way...
I watched most haunted live last year 08 on the week of halloween i gotta say it creeped me out with all the things getting thrown around
