What kind of stone is this?
Cold? Cold and grey? (Just being a wiseguy)....It's a cool shot!

I think its called HEAVYSTONE!
Was it grey mr. Motts? with the lighting it casts off as shades of blue. Nice shot
Yes it was a neutral grey colored stone... I tried to capture the blueish morning light before the sun crested the hills.

If Wales is anything like Ireland, and I'd assume it is, it's probably limestone.
Wow...I love the blue tinge sort of thing that's going on. It's beautiful. That wall looks so cold, final, and strong. Also very sharp and clear, as if automatically turning something away with out questions or a chance to oppose.
Yeah, I get a real cold feeling here. It also makes me think of a bell tower.
The chimney only has the cold look of efficiency. The angle truly brings out it's starkness like the hewn stones. Nice point there Motts!
