Bravo as always man, GREAT gallery!
Another cool pic, again worthy of wallpaper. Too bad the graffiti's there.
Although this is a shorter gallery, I think it's one of my favorites. Love this pic, too -- I think the violet color is wonderful.
Thank you, Motts!
Great shot.
Another great gallery. Thank you so much for bringing these beautiful places to us Motts.
now that is cool looking! great gallery motts thanks!
Motts, you are a genius. Thank you for yet another awesome gallery!
Realy one hell of a gallery Mr. Motts.
Love the coloring of this one.
Beauty and the beast.
The beast is that these buildings, with all their elaborate designs could not be saved and turned into something else and be used.
The beauty of it are your photographs. Giving these and all the other beautifully designed buildings in your galleries, one last standing ovation before they are history and nothing more.
Thank you , Motts! : )
Motts, this was wonderful...so sad to see that ancient architecture rotting away...glad you got to see it before all of it had crumbled into nothing, although I'm sure we'd ALL want to join you in the Wayback Machine to see its former glory.
Wonderful contrast on this one.. Great work as always..
Another beautiful gallery Motts....thankyou!
Mr. Motts Not only do you have extreme talent for photography but you know exactly where to photograph I stand amazed at your talent, Thank you !
Alas, they are over too soon. Well done, Mr. Motts.
Great gallery, as always!
Can't wait for the next one!
The movement of the clouds offsets the solidity of that chapel perfectly. Great way to end the set! Awesome stuff as always Motts.
It looks like a gingerbread house.
Another wonderfully, spectacular gallery! You always make me so happy with your shots! :0) They're amazing!
Superb! Thanks!
Very pretty- my favorite :)
Wow wow wow! Ah Motts you are amazing! I still need to get back to you about those prints.
Looks like a haunted fairy tale.
OMG! My aunt and uncle live in Great Barr, this being my aunt and uncle who are always inviting me and my girlfriend to stay over! Next time I'm there I SO have to check this place out!
This has to be one of my favorite photo's.
And i have to say this yet again....you my friend seriously have a gift with a camera. *thumbs up*
beauttiful edit the graffiti It would be perfect. A picture that could be used in childrens book or be on the cover of the coffeetable book that has sold thousands even thou it has not been made yet. We need a site on fourum that motts can't go to and discuss his new book.
fantastic job as always Mr. Motts thank you for your pictures. They are always amazing!

I love this shot. It's great. The clouds are beautiful. would make a great puzzle
the photos are great as always ... but the place must be one of the less emotion transmiting around here .... its ... empty
This looks like a dream I once had
I really like all the crosshatching they have on these old buildings...on the windows and in the brickwork, too. Man, I love gothic windows!!!! Are they going to remove them for resale or are they going to just trash them? That would be such a shame. :(
Your photos, as always are breathtaking...
LOOKS LIKE A FLOOD JUST STARTING TO COME OUT OF THE BUILDING
i love the color and the lighting and the angle and EVERYTHING !!!!!!1
AND THANK YOU MOTTS FOR THIS FANTASTIC GALLERY IT BRIGHTEND UP MY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If only the colors and images in this world really looked like that.
I love the way you incorporate a hint of color with the basic black and white
photo , I also agree you should get rid of the graffiti it draws your attention away from the main feature!awesome!!!!!

Thanks Mott for sharing your awesome experiences with us...you take us all places we would otherwise never see, From the morbid to the extraordinary your site is by far my Favorite
Are you going to surprise us with anymore St. Margaret's pictures soon, Mr. Motts?
No, unfortunately I live far away in the USA :-(
Stunning as always Motts! The brickwork along with the window shapes hint moorish influence.
I have a tear in my eye as I looked through those pictures. I remember the hall befre it was fir damaged and left to go to ruin, it was an amazing building, and the hospital, my mother worked there in the early 70s my farther would take us there to pick her up from work, we would run around the hospital and grounds. It is such a shame to see it like it is in the pictures, even though now it is a housing estate.
love this one
is it possible to get this image to print it as a poster?
I LOVE IT!!!

dirk.essen@gmx.de
One of the best locations I have heard about, I love the tale behind it.
I love the color of this one!! WALLPAPER PLEASE!!!
All I can say is WOW!
Great photo Motts....I really like this small gallery. I do hope they are really restoring this castle building. Its like do all buildings have to be destroyed. Can't some be re-used and saved. If not than shame on us for not perserving some history. Truely....for we lose always. Time may go on and memories do fade....but some history does need to be saved. Somehow and in someway......Thanks Motts.....
Breathtaking.
I totally love this picture, I love the Hall and it's grounds, I just hope they do what they say they are going to and restore it to it's former glory. If they don't then they should be ashamed of themselves, I have been spurred by your gallery of the Hall to try and do something and will be contacting the council so maybe the people who own it will have to restore it as they have promised and not be allowed to just let it fall down. I will keep the site and its visitors posted on any news of the Hall.
it would be great if you could find anything out about whats happening to this building soloman92.i did manage to take a few close up piccies of the outside of the hall before biff the security guard and shep the dog made us leave ! heavy scaffolding covering the house makes it look like somethings been done but i dont trust these building firms.if anyone does decide to go for a wander over there watch out for the uncovered manholes on the paths around lakes!
noticed that the lodge type building on queslett rd entrance to netherpark estate has recently been burnt out and destroyed, its situated next to bovis site buildings, fckin great security gaurds they`ve got.whilst bovis homes have built their 400 or so cheap looking houses they`ve left the real history to rot.as has been mentioned before they probably paid people to burn the hall and surrounding old buildings down, fckin wankers need shootin ......
you should go in the mansion at night ...very spooky, and the lakes are awesome..shame about the cheap overpriced cardboard houses on there now, thanks Bovis homes, hope you collapse in 2009
the house is been restored , isnt it ?
last time i went over there saw house covered in scaffolding and securitied up gaurd an all ! 3 months ago
sorry , meant guard !
Hi all, just a bit of a small update, I've managed to find out who now owns the hall and that Walsall Council are involved, I've been told the council are keeping a close eye on what is being done to the hall but only time will tell how close an eye!! I'm still on the case though and will carry on with the info hunt.
went up to Nether hall and could not find the hall has it been demolished. google earth its no there? I had not been since 2008
found the hall in bad state of repair
hidden in the woods
the hospital has completely gone
any security there mike?
why duz everyone care about the camera shots dont u care bout st margrets! and someone shud help it !?
Thanks for another wonderful gallery! I am so sad that this place has been demolished. It really makes me sick that people don't value these beautiful old places.
my mom used 2 take me here when i was really little and sketch pictures of the old hall when she worked in the hospital ^_^
Imagine
