Nice view, now I must un-kink my neck!
Wow. I just love how that white wall just ends. Like it's a movie set or something.
I like the hall even better in color.
The colours in this shot are amazing! Damn I keep wanting to see this place when it was still in good shape. :-(
I can't get over all the details in this one picture, i would also have liked to see this place before it was abandoned.
Motts, don't apologize! The way you get so much in a single shot is one of the things that I love most about your work! : )
wow there's always such a sense of living in your shots and you just keep going man, amazing shot motts,as always.
Its so sad and yet so interesting all at the same time.
great shot ! im just a little disoriented.
Wow! What an angle, indeed. It's a little extreme, and disorienting...but all the while, it's still quite beautiful. Lovely work.
motts dont apoloigize for the angle i really like all the diffrent angles
NICE ANGLE!!!
This is very cool, i love the moss growing through the crack, and the angle very unique!! awesome!!!
All the wonderful architecture demolished for yet more orange effortless houses.
I'm telling you. This is a National Treasure. I don't live in the UK but, don't you have some kind of Historical Society that could save this place and restore it?? HIT UP THE PRINCE!!!!!
What lens were you using?
And, I like the angle also.
Thanks, I was using a Canon 24-70L
I've spent many a happy over Maggies digging bottles from the old hospital,it's a crying shame the state it has got into, all for the sake of "progress"
How many pigeons did you encounter Motts?
Not too many in this place...
Its a grade II* listed building, they're holding on to it. They're so slow though. I wish I could buy it and restore it with my fortune
Man, I wish I could rescue the skylights and lattice work from this place. You just don't see that kind of craftsmanship anymore, even in the most expensive, creative mansions. Makes me sad.
fantastic!
The state that the council and other so called officals have let the hall get into you certainly wouldn't think it was a grade II listed building, sometimes when I look at it I think that it's been let get into this state on purpose because if it falls down then they won't have to restore this wonderful building and that greatly angers and saddenes me. it is about time someone did something before this is the case and it is lost forever.
other people have said a lot of pics make them dizzy, but this is the first pic where I almost fell off of my back-less computer stool.
