Yes, clocks!!!
very technical---------------
This is a brilliant shot. I love the colors in the background and the "feel" of the metal. And with all the shapes in the background it just makes this shot one of my favorites.
i love clocks , any clocks old clocks new clocks , all clocks . except my alarm clock .
They say "time is the fire in which we burn" ----- Some Star trek movie.. lol
"Time is the fire in which we burn" is qouted from the film Star Trek Generations but the original qoute is from Gene Roddenberry himself..

By The Way Great Stuff Mott's
Fantastic pic... It was a little harder to get into that building when we first did it... But its always worth working hard to see a clock!
Beautiful lighting. I've never been a big fan of close-ups until now.
very nice shot.
Wow, the amazing intricate detail of this shot is fabulous. The machinery looks in good condition too. I think.

Well, probably not...but thats okay, it makes a great shot!
wow that all i have to say wow
Time is not holding us, time is not after us.
Lyrics from one of the greatest songs of all time:
"Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day
You fritter and waste the hours in an off hand way
Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town
Waiting for someone or something to show you the way"
A little 3-in-one oil, and give it a push! Imagine the faces of people in the area if the clock started working again?

GRIFS!!!! Aint Floyyd GRRREAT?? Good to see ya! Where ya been lately?
"Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain
You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun"

Dark Side of the Moon stayed on the Billboard charts over 14 yrs, it's like a rock masterpiece.

If I could turn back time, if I could find a way. Cher
Great shot of the clock face,If anybody likes clocks try the one at THE WALLS UNIT TEXAS.
Seriously, I wonder if it WOULD work?
To me a clock is not very complicated because i have built a mechanical clock and I own about ten antique clocks. I doubt it would work it would need a lot of oil and then it might not even work.
I love these clockwork devices.
What a treasure!!!!!! I'm not only speaking of the clock, but you too, Mr. Motts. Mr. Motts, Wanna move to the US??????????
Thanks, I live in NY, this was just a summer trip to England.
Nice shot
I'm a fan of old rusting gears.

For some reason, I love photo's like this, with the inner workings and mechanics of some of the buildings. Don't get me wrong, I love all of photos on the site (minus the ebil clowns *shudder*) these are just some of my favorites. Great work as usual Mr. Motts
